Payment Issues
If your payment is declined, please note that your bank does not share specific details with us. However, the following steps can help you resolve most payment issues:
1. Contact Your Bank
Even if:
- You’ve successfully used the same payment method before.
- Part of your order has been processed.
- You have sufficient funds or credit available.
2. Common Payment Challenges
- Security Flags: Banks may flag transactions that seem unusual (e.g., first-time or high-value purchases) and may require verbal authorisation from you.
- Daily Limits: Your bank may have daily purchase or withdrawal limits that block the transaction. You might need to request a higher limit.
- Authorizations & Holds: When placing an order, our payment processor (Stripe) requests full authorisation from your card issuer. If the transaction fails, funds may remain reserved in your account for 7–10 business days. If needed, contact your bank to release any funds that have been held.
3. Alternate Payment Method
If your current payment method continues to fail, consider using an alternate card or payment method to complete your order.
Refund Guidelines
- Application Fee: Fully refundable if you’re not selected for the program.
- Program Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
